We are evil Gingerbread Cookies
As an homage to South Park’s most diabolical villains – the cute forest animals – Natasha and I present the evil Gingerbread:
Gummi Bears the Re-Mix
When I was in college, every time I logged into a SPARC station, the Gummi bear theme music would be played at full blast over the speakers.
It was frigging annoying. And in my infantile anti-social days, I found that amusing.
My friends – not so much. And so they conspired to do a remake of the song …
The fiddler is George Keith and the lead vocalist is Jason Lango.
This file was so old, that I had to first convert it from .au format to an mp3 before wordpress would allow me to upload the damn thing. My best guess is 19 years ago!

Staging a Gingerbread House
Here is the house before the staging company came to prepare it for sale:

And finally the fully staged house.
The earlier obvious crack is missing and the wider angle pictures with the pinecones obscures the small size of the lot.
Thanks to this staging we saw the sale price go up substantially. We are currently entertaining several over list price bids…
